Do you take my insurance?

We are contracted with most major insurance carriers. Since there are also third-party repricing companies and other "silent networks", it can be quite confusing. In addition, many insurance companies do not keep current information with respect to physician agreements.

Therefore, if you have any questions, please call our office. Even if were are not "in network" on your particular plan, we may be able to help.

What are your office hours?

Our normal office hours are:

Monday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Tuesday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Wednesday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Thursday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

We are closed from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM for lunch (roughly)

Most office appointments are on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, but please verify your particular appointment as things sometimes change.

Most elective procedures are on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Please be mindful that it is the nature of a surgical practice to have emergencies arise that may cause us to change appointment times unexpectedly or at the last minute. We do everything possible to minimize inconvenience to all our patients, but obviously have to prioritize emergencies when they occur.

Whom do I talk to if I have more questions?

If you need further assistance or have questions about scheduling surgery or an office appointment, please call and speak to the office manager, Candice. She will be glad to help you.

What should I do if your office is closed when I call?

Use common sense: If you have a true emergency, get to the nearest emergency room.

If you are a patient of ours and have an urgent matter that cannot wait for regular hours, follow the prompts to get in touch with Dr. Parker (or the surgeon covering for him).

Please note that medication refill and appointment requests are not emergencies and will not be handled outside of normal business hours. For non-urgent matters, you may leave a voicemail and we will call you the next business day.

What if I don't have insurance?

Many patients either have no insurance or have extremely high deductibles and find it necessary or better to simply pay cash for their procedures. We are sensitive to such circumstances and can help you navigate the process and provide reasonable cash rates.
